Overview
Dakota Range III is sited in a rural area where large-scale energy projects bring much needed economic development, including short- and long-term employment as well as tax benefits to the local community. Located in northeastern South Dakota, the project site is surrounded by active agricultural fields. The Project is slated to start construction in Q2 2020.

- 345 kV Interconnection at the Twin Brooks substation

- Full wildlife site characterization studies completed per U.S. Fish & Wildlife Land-Based Wind Energy Guidelines

- No incidental take or eagle take permits required
