Sustainability Policies
The committee helps ensure that strategy and performance targets are set and monitored, and that activities are advanced to support ENGIE Group objectives.

Health & safety
ENGIE North America believes employees should be elevated with a focus on health, safety, and well-being across all business lines. We hold ourselves to a high standard by providing employee training, tracking our performance, and following our No Life at Risk, No Mind at Risk and No Asset at Risk prevention policies.
Ethics, risk and compliance
ENGIE North America’s ethics and compliance ambitions and requirements are based on the highest international standards. There is zero tolerance for violations, particularly with regard to fraud and corruption, and complete commitment to ethical rules – those of the countries in which we operate and those we set for ourselves. Strict respect for the essential rules regarding ethics and security is always a paramount priority.
Stakeholder engagement
ENGIE North America seeks to create economic, social, environmental and societal value for stakeholders as a result of its activities. We rely on members of the community to inform our approach and ensure our efforts have the impact we intend. Our stakeholder engagement policy guides our efforts to gain input and achieve the greatest possible outcomes through our projects and programs.
